Our rare, organic, unheated, Himalayan Honey originates in isolated valleys high in the Himalayan Mountains near the source of the Ganges River. Most of this pristine region, famous for its wild-crafted health-promoting plants and flowers, is well beyond the reach of automobiles or pollutants of any kind.

Great care is taken to prepare the honey under the strictest organic and hygienic standards of purity. The professionals at our processing facilities are highly trained to process the honey without any direct heat. If the honey requires any decrystallization, the honey is held in warming closets at temperatures under 90° Fahrenheit until the honey is in a liquid state.

Heavenly Organics® White Himalayan Honey is a clear transparent honey that comes from the upper reaches of Kashmir near the border of Tibet. This extremely rare and exotic honey is as clear as water and has a rich flavor profile that is almost not noticed at first and then opens up to a world of exquisitely sumptuous subtle flavors.
